Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and foster strong relationships with key clients and partners within the architectural films segment for their assigned region. This role requires an individual with experience in working with architects, developers, builders, owners in various vertical markets, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy to penetrate the architectural films segment in region and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, owners, contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers in the industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
• Active participation in industry related events and networking
• Knowledge of the Building Materials industry and its key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Architecture, engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales with a focus on building facades, smart glass, window films, or smart building technologies.
• Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market. xhyhwjd
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
