Video Content Editor – Warren, NJ CPAM Global is a shared services organization providing centralized finance, accounting, HR, and operational support to multiple operating companies within project-based industries. We are expanding our accounting team and are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Video Content Editor to join our Marketing team. Why CPAM Global? Essential Functions Create and edit high‑performing short‑form video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Develop and produce commercial and advertising videos that bring creative concepts to life. Shoot on‑site photography and video as needed. Edit and compile end‑of‑year recap videos and event highlight reels. Conceptualize, script, and execute video ideas from start to finish. Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithms, and video best practices. Leverage AI video tools and generative technology to speed up production and enhance creativity. Assist with website updates and digital content management. Support webinars, online events, and other video production needs. Maintain organized project files and digital asset library. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 5–7 years of video editing experience. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop required. Strong understanding of AI video tools and emerging technology (highly preferred). Experience with CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus. After Effects is a major plus. Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and basic HTML/CSS is helpful. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Light to moderate lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodation may be provided for individuals with disabilities. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $75,000‑$85,000 depending on experience.
