Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with a school district in the Tacoma area for the 20262027 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers a structured schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build essential life and academic skills.

About the Role As a school-based SLP, you will help students develop the functional skills needed to succeed in the classroom and daily activities. You'll work with a diverse caseload, supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, and independence with school-related tasks.

Qualifications Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Active Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain) NBCOT certification preferred School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Washington State and district requirements
