As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team. Details Department: ABA - Behavioral Support Location: Whittier, CA Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour Compensation & Benefits

• 23 - $25/hour Direct Therapy rate
• 300 sign‑on bonus

Fully paid training (no experience required) RBT certification support + exam reimbursement Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Flexible part‑time schedules (15–30 hours/week) Mileage reimbursement between sessions Clear career path: Behavior Technician → Mid‑level → BCBA Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Support skill development, communication, and independence Collect and track client data accurately Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Reliable transportation required Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Apply?
