Manchester Pediatric Medical Day Care Location: Manchester Pediatric Medical Day Care (AristaCare at Manchester, 1770 Tobias Ave, Manchester Township, NJ 08759) Job Summary Manchester Pediatric Medical Day Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to support pediatric participants through high-quality, individualized therapy services. Key Responsibilities Provide Occupational Therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice, company policies, and therapy department procedures. Evaluate pediatric participants to gather data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Conduct regular and timely screenings to determine the need for therapy intervention. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals. Perform specialized evaluations as clinically indicated. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Communicate evaluation results, treatment plans, and recommendations to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with CMS requirements using the NetHealth EMR system Adhere to productivity standards, documentation guidelines, and billing procedures. Maintain current licensure through ongoing continuing education and professional development. Education & Requirements Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience required. Active Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice. Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.
