Manager of Revenue Cycle Management

Managing day-to-day delivery of RCM projects, the full-time remote Manager of Revenue Cycle Management will build work plans, coordinate testing and training, and ensure project readiness through effective communication and follow-up. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, tasks, and deliverables while identifying dependencies and documenting exclusions Lead project meetings, hold team members accountable, and maintain current action, risk, and decision logs Coordinate testing, launch, and stabilization efforts, ensuring all requirements are met before go-live Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of healthcare project management, implementation, or operational-improvement experience Experience leading cross-functional projects through all phases, including planning, testing, and closeout Working knowledge of healthcare RCM processes, including billing, claims, and payer requirements Strong organizational and facilitation skills with the ability to challenge unclear ownership professionally
