Qualifications or Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred—Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
- Experience working in schools, healthcare, or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation procedures
Responsibilities or Duties:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy services to support articulation, fluency, language, and social communication
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with school and regulatory guidelines
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development
