Leave, ADA & WC Compliance Specialist

Planet Fitness is seeking a Leave, ADA and Workers’ Compensation Administrator to manage and administer all aspects of employee leave programs for our US and Canadian employees. This role combines hybrid and in-person work schedules and requires a dedicated professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in administering leave and disability programs. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and have a strong knowledge of FMLA and ADA laws.
