Job Title: Program Manager L2 (Loans) Location: Atlanta, Georgia Regular/Temporary: Regular Full/Part Time: Full-Time Job ID: 299512 Job Summary: The Program Manager works with many levels of leadership and staff to manage program efforts based on industry best practices; works as the single point of contact for facilitation and communication of program goals, deliverables, and schedules, and must be an excellent communicator; various levels of documentation will be produced at each stage of the program and the program manager is often the person who creates these with input from others. May supervise: Assigned Staff Responsibilities Establish goals, objectives, and evaluation criteria for programs; evaluate program effectiveness on an ongoing basis. Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of programs, including planning scheduling, and monitoring activities; assist with developing and formalizing program scope; assign resources and set deadlines. Recommend, update, and support programmatic policies and procedures. Develop and maintain effective relationships with program sponsors, stakeholders, teams, and others to assess needs and existing program methodology. Research and identify funding and resources to support programs; track timelines and budgets, report status, and resolve or escalates issues as necessary. May assist with developing and distributing publications, resources, and program or marketing materials. Participate in strategic and operational planning for programs. Perform other job‑related duties assigned. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements: High School Diploma/GED or Vocational School Diploma. Required Experience: Up to two years of job‑related experience. Preferred Qualifications Two to four years of job‑related experience. Bachelor's degree. Skills Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with the Financial Aid module in Banner at an institution of similar size and type. This position does not require security clearance. A8 Salary Anticipated salary range of $56,679.00 to $64,000.
