We are looking for a Medical Spa Manager Patient Liason to work with us either full-time, part-time, or contractually.
We are a cosmetic surgery service but are looking to break into the med spa space.
Requirements:
1 Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
2 Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in a medical spa, cosmetic surgery practice, or healthcare setting.
3 Proficiency in managing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
4 Strong understanding of cosmetic treatments and procedures offered in a medical spa setting.
5 Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards relevant to the medical spa industry.
6 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and medical professionals.
7 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
8 Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
9 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
