Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist)

Spire Alexandra is looking to recruit an experience Pharmacy Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.As Pharmacy Manager, you will provide both clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the safe, effective and compliant management of medicines across the hospital. Working closely with consultants, multidisciplinary teams and senior hospital leaders, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care while supporting the continued development of the pharmacy service. Drive service development initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance clinical quality, efficiency and patient outcomes. Provide visible clinical leadership and contribute to the wider success of the hospital. Significant experience working within a hospital pharmacy environment. Strong clinical knowledge and experience supporting complex patient pathways. Experience building effective working relationships with consultants and multidisciplinary teams. Previous leadership, supervisory or team development experience. The ability to influence clinical practice and promote evidence-based decision making. A commitment to service improvement, patient safety and clinical excellence.
