ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Keith Strain State Farm , you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services, including property & casualty, life, and health insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about State Farm insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health coverage.
• Assist customers with policy applications. 
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet or exceed sales and production goals through proactive marketing and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold or have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (license reimbursement available after 90 days of employment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.
