$90K+/Year | Lead a Growing Install Team | Year-Round Work

About the Role
Degree Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Manager to lead our residential installation crews in Glastonbury, CT. You'll oversee project quality, manage install schedules, and mentor installers to keep every job on time, on budget, and up to code.

What You'll Do

• Manage and schedule all residential installation projects
• Ensure installs meet company standards, manufacturer specs, and code requirements
• Mentor and develop Lead Installers and installation crews
• Partner with the Service Manager and GM on quality and staffing

What We're Looking For

• Active Connecticut HVAC license (D2, S1, S2, or S10) preferred
• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and team leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
