Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment findings
• Provide direct therapeutic intervention to patients across assigned caseload
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and support optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic strategies and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting as an SLP
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
