Client Service & Operations Specialist

Position Title: Client Service & Operations Specialist Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive and professional service by phone, email, and in person. Prepare, process, submit, and follow up on investment and account paperwork from initiation through completion. Coordinate account maintenance, cashiering requests, transfers, and other ongoing client service needs. Maintain accurate client and financial planning information within firm systems. Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings. Assist advisors during client meetings and follow up on action items as needed. Prepare client correspondence and proactively communicate regarding outstanding requests. Maintain accurate electronic client files and documentation in accordance with firm and regulatory requirements. Support client appreciation events, seminars, marketing initiatives, and referral activities. Help develop, document, and improve office workflows and operational processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the overall client experience. Collaborate closely with advisors and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle sensitive client information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. Assist with special projects and other responsibilities assigned by the CEO. Top 3 Must-Have Skills (stack-ranked w/ % of time): 5+ years in wealth management and financial advisory experience Want a long-term career in wealth management and financial planning Series 6, as well as Ohio Life & Health License (Series 6 is most important. They can obtain their Life & Health after they start.)
