Milan Health Care Center is a 100 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Milan, MO that has immediate openings.

We are seeking individuals with genuine empathy and patience to help care for our residents' needs. Applicants must have a caring approach and be willing to care for the needs of patients and the team. Pillars for successful employment are work ethic, integrity, and competence.


We are currently seeking an LPN.

• We are currently seeking LPN that are interested in starting a long-term career with a facility that has one of a kind census. Successful applicants must have an unencumbered LPN Missouri license and provide a good work effort, a team approach and excellent quality of care. Shifts are currently 12 hours and are available on both the Day and Evening.
