Quality Engineer

Job Description Our client, an automotive manufacturing company in the Holland, MI area, is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team! Global manufacturer with great benefits and growth potential!
This position will involve:

- Making sure the highest quality of parts are delivered to the customers Supporting suppliers, customers, operations and program launches
- Ensuring IATF16949 compliance Internal Auditing PPAP submissions
- Developing and managing quality systems
- Supporting corrective action processes
- Problem solving Analysis of quality documentation Customer interaction/communication
- Creating/writing quality plans and procedures
- Making sure job performance standards are met
- Collaborating with other departments on continuous improvement projects.
- 2+ years of automotive manufacturing experience in quality
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field
- Fast paced, motivated personality
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Experience with vision systems is highly preferred
