Job Summary:

As a Nursing Supervisor at Waterford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and compassionate environment. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Coordinate Nursing Staff: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to nursing staff to ensure effective delivery of patient care and services.

• Assess and Improve Patient Outcomes: Conduct regular assessments of patient care and develop strategies to improve clinical outcomes, reducing hospital readmissions, and enhancing overall patient satisfaction.

• Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality patient care, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain Accurate and Complete Records: Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care, incidents, and events in the medical record.

• Foster Collaboration and Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with the nursing team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a nursing supervision or management

• RN

• Current Florida nursing license

• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
