Your Potential Impact: Our Retail, Retail Operations, and Retail Corporate teams are the face of our brand and the engine that delivers on our promises to guests. Areas of Focus We are looking for passionate individuals across four primary areas:
Sales: Build relationships with customers, turn interest into confident decisions, and grow your earning potential while developing a long-term career in retail furniture.
Customer Service: Support customers with empathy and clarity, turning questions and challenges into thoughtful solutions that build trust and confidence.
Merchandising & Visual Design: Curate product assortments and create showroom environments that inspire customers, bringing together creativity, strategy, and precision in how our spaces look, feel, and perform.
Regional Fulfillment Centers: Ensure every product reaches our customer with speed, care, and quality, whether in the warehouse, on the road, or in the home.
