Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Per Diem Maryland | $90–$100/Hour + Benefits | Per Diem | School, Home, Hybrid & Center-Based Settings

Per Diem | Flexible Scheduling | Multiple Service Settings

Our BCBAs have the opportunity to provide services across a variety of settings, including:

• School-based

• In-home

• Hybrid

• Center-based

• Community-based , based on client and clinical needs

This is a per diem position , offering flexibility for clinicians who want to build their caseload around their availability while continuing to provide meaningful, face-to-face clinical services.

Please note: This is not a fully remote position . In-person services are required based on client, family, school, and clinical needs.

Local Maryland candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates must meet all applicable certification, licensure, and employment requirements.

Compensation $90–$100 Per Hour

• $90–$100 hourly rate , based on qualifications, experience, and position requirements

Where You'll Make an Impact

As a Per Diem BCBA at Applied ABC, you'll maintain an active caseload based on your availability, lead and support RBTs and behavior technicians, and deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland

• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using evidence-based strategies, including Behavior Skills Training (BST)

• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming as needed

• Support clients and team members during behavioral crisis situations

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
  

What Sets You Apart Required

• Active BCBA certification

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field

• Current 8-hour supervision certificate

• Maryland BCBA/LBA licensure or other applicable state credential , where required

• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies

• Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland

• Experience developing treatment and behavior support plans

• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder across various ages and support levels

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation, where required for assigned cases

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Ability and willingness to provide services in person across applicable settings

Nice to Have

• Experience in school-based, clinic-based, hybrid, in-home, or community-based ABA settings

• Experience working across multiple service environments

• Comfort working with digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation

• A collaborative leadership style with experience developing strong RBT teams

• Passion for parent training and family-centered care

• Flexibility and willingness to support clients across different settings
