Overview October 2025 New Grad RN Residency Program - Sign-on Bonus $10,000 for Westover Hills, New Braunfels and San Marcos locations only. We are currently accepting applications for our next new graduate RN cohort to staff various units within our hospital system for an October 20, 2025 start date. These positions are for graduate nurses, or brand new RN's with less than 12 months of RN work experience. Work Location: This requisition is for all New Grad Nurse Residency opportunities throughout CHRISTUS Santa Rosa. Job Requirements Education/Skills: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred Experience: Up to a year of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active GN permit Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: BLS required RN License in state of employment or compact Graduate Nurse Permit Associates with an unsuccessful licensure application or on the 75th day following the effective date of the temporary permit; will be transferred to another position within CHRISTUS Health Work Schedule: Varies Work Type: Full Time Locations for CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Nurse Residency: The Children\u2019s Hospital, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Westover Hills.
