This position balances short-term execution priorities with long-term growth strategies for Local, State, and Federal Government markets. The role is market-driven and involves working across various departments, including pricing, product marketing, sales, and technology, to address government client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDiscover opportunities in local, state, and federal government markets by interviewing customers and validating urgent problems.Map needs within government markets and analyze segments to pursue.Perform objective analysis of potential market opportunities to provide a basis for investment.Assist in long-term planning and product diversification.Determine which channels (web UI, batch, API) best align with market buying preferences.Collaborate across functions to deliver new or enhanced solutions to the market.Provide marketing with inputs for positioning, value propositions, and messages to differentiate solutions.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine solution performance.Serve as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership for marketing initiatives.Understand how clients use solutions and collaborate to develop and maintain key buyer and user personas.Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree.7+ years of experience in a B2B product management or related role in a complex business environment, including experience with go-to-market strategy development.2+ years of experience with the policies/processes of Local, State, and/or Federal Government markets (Government Benefit Programs).2+ years of experience in analytical skills as evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts, assess market opportunities/viability, and evaluate competitive threats.Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree.Experience in the technology and/or data industries or working with technology and/or data-related products and services.Experience working in a matrix environment.Track record of successfully delivering projects on time in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work comfortably with Marketing, Data & Analytics, Technology, and Sales teams.Knowledge of consumer’s information verification methodologies for purposes of Government Benefits eligibility.Experience working with various state and/or federal agencies like Medicaid, SNAP, FNS, CMS etc.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
