Bankruptcy Associate San Francisco Office - San Francisco, CA 94105 Salary Range $170,000.00 - $230,000.00 Salary Education Level JD Overview We are currently seeking associate candidates to support our San Francisco Office's Insolvency and Financial Law Group. Theideal candidate will have 3-7 years of solid bankruptcy and other restructuring experience, as well as be licensed to practice in California and possess strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Bankruptcy litigation experience, such as with preference defense, is also desirable. We have many years of experience representing virtually every type of player in financial litigation and reorganization cases: secured lenders, landlords, unsecured creditors, creditor and equity committees, trustees, buyers of assets out of bankruptcy, and contract counter-parties.
