Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Details Job Location: Lake Castleton - Indianapolis, IN 46256 Position Type: Full Time Do you have 2-4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties? As Lead Maintenance Technician you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible for prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and completing preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. Responsibilities Serve as number two to the Maintenance Supervisor Prepping apartments for make-ready turns General maintenance duties as necessary On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
