Our facility in Little Falls, MN consists of 2 cottages/suites and up to 26 residents. We're looking for passionate individuals to step into leadership roles and help shape the future of our organization.The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for:Medication management & chart auditingPerforming resident treatments as ordered per the care planObserving, tending to and documenting residents health needsCommunicating with RN Director regarding relevant staff and resident information and/or concernsReviewing appointments & setting up transportation for residentsProcessing MD orders completely and accuratelyCompleting incident reports as neededEnsuring the staff is performing safe practicesExecuting tours for potential admitsReviewing messages and communicating with staff through R-TaskQualifications: Graduate from approved LPN program Possess a valid Minnesota LPN License Minimum of 1 year experienceRequirements: Leadership ability Must be able to occasionally fill in aide shifts when needed, this could include weekends.
