What You'll Do As a Sales Advisor , you'll help customers keep their cars looking their best while introducing them to membership options that fit their needs. Every shift, you'll: Welcome customers with great energy Recommend the best wash and membership options Earn uncapped commission by helping customers sign up for memberships Safely guide vehicles into the wash Help customers with our self-serve vacuum area Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for every customer Love talking with people Enjoy helping customers find the right solution Want to build confidence in sales and communication Stay positive and motivated in a fast-paced environment Learn quickly and follow safety procedures Like being active instead of sitting behind a desk Sales or customer service experience is awesome—but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
