Concrete Finisher Opportunity
Are you proud of your finishing work? Join a team where your craftsmanship is valued, your safety comes first, and your hard work pays off—literally. We're looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to take the lead on high-quality concrete projects in the West Fargo area.
What You'll be Doing:
- Handle all aspects of flatwork finishing: bull-floating, brooming, power troweling, and sealing
- Set and finish sump pits, floor drains, and cut control joints or apply zip strip
- Screed off of sand and shoot grade with precision
- Take responsibility for the quality, safety, and final presentation of each slab
- Clean and maintain finishing tools and job site areas
- Occasionally assist with foundations and footing work
- Lead by example on-site and help maintain a clean, professional workspace
Who We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on concrete finishing experience, including control joints and slab work
- Confident using finishing equipment and reading grades
- Takes pride in delivering clean, high-quality results
- Leads and communicates clearly without needing to shout or tear others down
- Willing to mentor others and foster a positive, safety-focused environment
- Problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a reliable work ethic
