Job Description

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting warehouse operations by safely transporting, staging, and loading products throughout the facility. This position works closely with the Warehouse Associate team to ensure production runs efficiently and customer orders are fulfilled accurately. The ideal candidate has previous sit-down forklift experience and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stack, and transport pallets of product throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Supply production lines with materials as needed
• Stage finished products for shipment and storage
• Assist with wrapping and preparing pallets for distribution
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Forklift certification preferred; certification may be verified during the hiring process
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

The base salary range for this position is $37,752 annually , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
