Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and challenges.

  • Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, using evidence-based practices.

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that all sessions are founded on recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment plans that align with client goals and organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will provide support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. By developing rapport and understanding within each unique context, you will foster positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

  • A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ethical clinical practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside performance bonuses. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome our new team members.
