BestProAgents Realty LLC is opening Luxury Specialist positions statewide. If you are working the upper tier of your market and want to be the BestProAgent in your area, this is worth a conversation.

• Multiple commission plans, from 100% plans and transaction plans to 95/5, 90/10, and 85/15 splits

• Annual cap is only $6,000 annually, with a processing fee of $99. After the cap, only $99 per closing.

• Direct cell access to your broker, 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week

• Mastermind and networking events focused on taking the agent to the next level. 

• Agent paid at the closing table

Compensation

Paid on commission only. There is no salary, hourly rate, or guaranteed income. Your income is a function of the transactions you close and the commission plan you select. We do not publish income claims because agent results vary widely based on production. We will walk you through every plan option in the interview so you can model your own numbers.

Please note

Georgia real estate commissions are typically a percentage of the sale price, split per the plan you choose at onboarding. The 6 commission plan options are reviewed in detail during the interview so you can select the structure that fits your production level after acceptance. All agents must meet our minimum criteria to be accepted into the brokerage at the time of interview.

Compensation:

$115,500 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What you will be doing

• Developing systems utilizing the provided AI technology to create a steady flow of leads

• Meeting with homeowners to conduct listing presentations and price consulting to show the advantages of a homeowner listing or buying with a BestProAgent

• Coordinating photography, staging direction, and marketing for each listing

• Conducting private showings and managing discreet client relationships

• Negotiating contracts and managing transactions through to closing

• Developing your own referral network and sphere of influence with the tools we provide

• A motivated and dynamic agent who wants to grow their career.

• Demonstrated of closing on properties, with a desire to go to the next level. 

• Experience with the desire to make $250,000+ a year.

• Presentation skills, discretion, and polished client communication

• The ability to run your own career without daily oversight

• Reliable transportation and availability for evening and weekend showings
