Experienced CVOR RN with ability to do vascular cases, EVAR, Fem Pop, CABGS, Thoracotomies, Lung resections and mix cardiac meds. Heavy on call requirements 4-5 days a week and every other weekend plus holidays.

• Skills: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Administration of blood & blood products, Ambulatory OR, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atrial Septal defect repair, Cardiac Monitoring, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), CVOR, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral Cannulation*, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, General OR, Hybrid OR, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Lobe resection, Lung resection- Thoracotomy, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, Specimen Handling/labeling, TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair), Thoracotomy, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)*, Trauma, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure, Vein stripping*, Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD)*

Compliance Requirements:

• SSN required at time of submission.
• DOB required at time of submission.
• RTO required at time of submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission.
• Wisconsin or Compact License: Pending Wisconsin or Compact license accepted at submission. License must be obtained during compliance.
• NIHSS certification may be pending at submission but must be completed during compliance.
• Badge photo (passport-style) is required within 24 hours of offer acceptance.
• Two supervisor references are required after offer acceptance.
• For RNs working ICU, IMCU, Med Surg, ED, or Birthing, one reference must be from the candidate's most recent assignment or permanent position.
• Modules are generally completed during orientation and average 3-4 hours. Module time is non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation. Module completion is tracked via the facility report.
