Job Description

Seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production equipment in a liquid dye manufacturing facility. This role includes hands-on mechanical, electrical, and automation work on mixers, pumps, bead mills, conveyors, and other industrial machinery. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, mechanically skilled, and able to troubleshoot in a demanding industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Replace bearings, motors, seals, and gearboxes.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Diagnose issues with PLCs, sensors, and VFDs.
Read schematics and technical manuals.
Follow all plant safety procedures including LOTO.
Document repairs and maintenance performed.
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

Qualifications

3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Experience with rotating equipment and bearing replacement.
Basic automation and control system knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in hot, dirty, and industrial environments.
High school diploma or GED required.
