REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year of recent warehouse or distribution experience

• Ability to stand 8–12 hours, repetitive lift 50lbs, and walk extensively

Ability to push & pull product around

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the shift

• Ability to perform hard, physical work throughout the entire shift

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently under production deadlines

• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills

• High School Diploma or GED

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Pay: $19.06/hour

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift ~ Monday to Friday, 3PM-1130PM

OT may be required depending on client business needs

• Temp-to-Perm Opportunity, W2 Employment

Start Date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT

• Plays a critical role in supporting high-volume mail and parcel operations within a postage processing facility
• Ensures materials are moved efficiently, accurately, and safely to maintain production schedules and delivery commitments
• Success in this role requires reliability, physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in a demanding warehouse environment

Job Duties

• Load, unload, sort, stage, and transport mail trays, parcels, and postage materials throughout the facility

• Prepare materials for processing, shipment, and distribution according to operational procedures

• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain organized work areas and accurate material counts to support workflow efficiency

• Meet production goals while following all safety, security, and quality standards
