What you bring to the team:
- Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching
- High retention through qualified applicant identification and employee development
- Assistance in merchandising and marketing programs
- Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
- Maintenance of a clean, safe environment
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- A High School diploma or GED preferred, or retail management experience
- Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks
