Temp - Technologist - Computed Tomography (CT) (Nights) Mount Clemens, MI

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our imaging team. The successful candidate will coordinate and perform all computerized tomography scanning procedures, operating complex digital equipment to support diagnostic needs. Responsibilities include patient positioning, monitoring, contrast media injection, image acquisition and development, and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained throughout each procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CT imaging equipment according to patient needs
• Properly position patients and utilize immobilization devices to ensure accurate imaging
• Obtain patient identification and medical history, including allergies
• Prepare and administer contrast media intravenously as required by protocols
• Capture, develop, and record images securely for patient records
• Organize daily patient schedules and support team collaboration
• Maintain image quality through calibration and quality control procedures
• Manage digital image storage, transfer, and documentation
• Monitor for allergic reactions and respond appropriately, including emergency procedures like CPR if needed
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, well-stocked work environment
• Assist radiologists during specialized procedures and review patient data to aid diagnosis
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Certification and licensure in Radiologic Technology with CT specialty (state-specific requirements)
• Proven experience operating CT imaging equipment
• Strong patient care and safety focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hourly Pay Rate: $58.29
