Associate Attorney

Acker & Whipple is an AV-rated Los Angeles civil defense firm seeking a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience. We represent insured and self-insured clients across a range of industries — manufacturing, transportation, retail, hospitality, and public entities including governmental bodies and schools. The Role Associates at this firm carry real files. You will manage litigation from inception through resolution or trial — drafting pleadings, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, and arguing motions. Senior attorneys are accessible and involved in your development, but the expectation is that you will take ownership of your cases.
