Job Overview: Our private banking team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences built on trust, responsiveness, and personalized financial solutions. As a Private Banking Officer, you will represent a customer-focused, community-driven organization committed to helping clients achieve long-term financial success.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing full-service banking relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Creating detailed client profiles to support personalized service and financial solutions
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client retention and deepen banking relationships
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively meet customer needs
- Delivering exceptional customer service through timely, accurate, and professional support
- Recommending banking products and services that enhance the client experience and support financial goals
- Building trusted relationships by understanding clients' financial objectives and recommending tailored solutions
- Collaborating across departments to promote teamwork and ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements for the position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of commercial or private banking experience
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated business development and relationship-building abilities
- Flexibility to work extended or non-traditional hours as needed
- Ability to travel within assigned markets
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- Previous banking or financial services experiences
