Electro‑Mechanical Controls Technician — Manufacturing
Sacramento, CA | $49.40–$50.39/hr | Temporary Assignment

- Are Allen‑Bradley ControlLogix or CompactLogix programs second nature to you?
- Can you shift gears from HMI screens to electrical schematics without missing a beat?
- Would a 4:00 AM Day start or a 2:30 PM Swing start fit your rhythm—and are you open to overtime?
- Own troubleshooting for PLC-controlled production equipment
- Restore and enhance electrical and control systems
- Program and refine Allen‑Bradley PLC logic
- Support automated machinery to keep output on target
- Pinpoint and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation issues
- Leverage HMIs and SCADA tools, including FactoryTalk, RS Linx, and Stratix switches
- Decipher and apply electrical schematics and blueprints
- Install and commission new industrial equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance routines
- Drive continuous improvement activities
- Act decisively to minimize downtime
- 6+ years of industrial maintenance or controls experience
- Exceptional electrical troubleshooting ability
- Proven PLC troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Allen‑Bradley ControlLogix or CompactLogix
- HMI proficiency
- Fluency with electrical schematics
- Background in industrial manufacturing
- Food manufacturing experience
- Hands-on work with automated production equipment
- SCADA and FactoryTalk familiarity
- Wonderware exposure
- PID tuning experience
- Forklift and scissor lift familiarity
- Industrial instrumentation skills
- Day Shift: 4:00 AM start
- Swing Shift: 2:30 PM start
- Overtime: Available
- Work hands-on with advanced automation and PLC systems
- Engage with cutting-edge manufacturing technology
- Contribute to a respected manufacturing operation
- Earn $49.40–$50.39/hour
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Operate in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Climb ladders and stairs
- Work around active production equipment
- Enter confined spaces when necessary
