Automotive Service Advisor: Customer Experience Lead

Preston Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to enhance the customer experience in our service department in Lewes, Delaware. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between customers and technicians, conducting vehicle inspections, and advising on necessary maintenance. A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
