The team partners closely with engineering, manufacturing, and business leaders to deliver pivotal initiatives that accelerate performance, optimize resources, and support Micron's business objectives!As a Fab PROCT FE Engineer, you will lead initiatives that improve manufacturing cost, maximize factory performance, and drive business process improvements across Front End operations. You will partner with multi-functional teams to find opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and implement data-driven solutions that improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. This role combines program leadership, technical expertise, and strategic execution to deliver measurable business impact.ResponsibilitiesLead initiatives that support Front End cost reduction, productivity improvement, and factory output optimization goalsDevelop and execute multi-functional programs aligned with manufacturing and corporate business objectivesDefine project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholdersEstablish program structures, manage dependencies, and track achievements to ensure successful executionDrive achievement of Integrated Performance Plan (IPP) goals through effective program management and customer alignmentIdentify risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain program momentum and business resultsDevelop and improve business processes, methodologies, reporting tools, and operational frameworksProvide domain expertise and strategic guidance to support program success across manufacturing organizationsPartner with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvementLeverage data analytics, AI tools, automation, and digital solutions to improve productivity and program effectivenessCommunicate program priorities, progress, risks, and results to senior leaders, site teams, and key stakeholdersFacilitate regular reviews and discussions to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful delivery of business objectivesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience4 plus years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, operations, or program managementUnderstanding of Front End semiconductor manufacturing processes and business operations with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExperience leading or coordinating multi-functional initiatives and getting results through teamworkProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environmentExperience developing dashboards, reporting tools, or business process improvement frameworksPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field6 plus years experience leading cost reduction, productivity improvement, or operational excellence initiativesKnowledge of data analytics, programming, automation tools, or AI-enabled solutionsExperience developing dashboards, reporting tools, or business process improvement frameworksStrong project and program management skills with experience driving complex initiatives across multiple organizationsExperience measuring and improving team or program effectiveness through defined performance metricsExperience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
