Maintenance Mechanic Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience required
  
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  
• Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron preferred)
  
• Experience with motor controls, 480V, and 3-phase electrical systems
  
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and documentation
  
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and equipment reliability
  
• Electrical certification (Cat 2 or equivalent) preferred
  
• Experience with preventative maintenance systems, fabrication, or machine shop work preferred
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment
  
• Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing and auxiliary equipment
  
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues
  
• Support preventative maintenance programs and equipment rebuilds
  
• Maintain facility and utility equipment to ensure reliable operations
  
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
  
• Assist with training and support of maintenance team members
  
• Complete maintenance projects to improve equipment performance and efficiency
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
• Follow all company safety and quality standards
  
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
