Program Manager

Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Information Technology, Enterprise Infrastructure and Operations Directorate located in Ashburn, VA or Springfield, VA. Experience: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Provide analytical support through data and trend analysis to identify issues and develop process improvement strategies within key mission support programs. Develop and delivering comprehensive, data-driven briefings, presentations, and conference materials to senior leadership and key stakeholders and communicating complex program findings, performance metrics, strategic recommendations, and potential impacts to inform critical decision-making and secure necessary support. Oversee the roll-out of new policies and procedures across multiple offices, ensuring compliance with regulations and consistency in implementation. Lead collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders to align program objectives, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful outcomes.
