Are you outgoing, energetic, and ready to bring island vibes to every guest interaction? We're looking for a Activities Host who can turn an ordinary pool day into a tropical escape. If you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and know how to keep the good times rolling, this could be your perfect beachside gig.

What You'll Do

• Create a laid-back, upbeat atmosphere around the pool and activity areas
• Host games, contests, trivia, karaoke, dance parties, and family-friendly activities
• Engage guests with enthusiasm, positivity, and signature island hospitality
• Ensure pool areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Assist with towel distribution, lounge chair setup, and activity equipment
• Make announcements with confidence and personality
• Encourage guest participation while making everyone feel welcome
• Monitor guest safety and communicate concerns to management when needed
• Help keep the playlist flowing and the tropical energy alive

Qualifications

• What We're Looking For
  
  • A fun, outgoing personality with strong people skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and entertaining guests
  • Ability to work outdoors in warm weather for extended periods
  • Team player with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic
  • Experience in hospitality, recreation, entertainment, or customer service is a plus
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
  • Weekend and holiday availability required - paradise never closes
