As a dedicated LPN Wound Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in our team, providing exceptional care to our residents while promoting independence and comfort. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse who is passionate about wound care and committed to excellence.
LPN Wound Care Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide wound care services to residents, including dressing changes, wound cleansing, and debridement
Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Educate residents and their families on wound care and prevention techniques
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection prevention and control guidelines
About the LPN Wound Care Nurse Role:
As a full-time LPN Wound Care Nurse, you will work Monday through Friday, enjoying a regular schedule and dedicated time to focus on your patients. We offer a supportive team environment, extensive training and resources, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
