Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support store operations within the enterprise data space, with a focus on safety, facilities, and asset protection. This role will lead a high-impact AI initiative while also managing ongoing product support efforts.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an AI-driven product initiative focused on improving how facilities teams manage break/fix workflows for physical store assets
• Partner with UX and business stakeholders to define product requirements and user experiences
• Collaborate closely with AI and engineering teams to iterate on solutions, leveraging historical work order data to guide decision-making
• Drive product strategy and execution for an agentic AI solution that supports work order triage and approvals
• Manage and prioritize support backlogs for safety, facilities, and asset protection teams in a Kanban-style environment
• Ensure efficient resolution of support tickets while identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Balance technical feasibility, user needs, and speed to market in all product decisions
• Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery

Skills

• Senior-level product management experience, preferably in data or platform environments
• Experience leading or contributing to AI or machine learning product initiatives
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and product development best practices
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Experience working in agile or Kanban-based environments managing backlogs and support workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working with enterprise data platforms or data warehouse environments
• Familiarity with AI-driven decision-support systems or operational tooling
• Experience supporting operations-focused teams such as facilities, safety, or asset management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
