We are hiring a Technical Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing, vendor relationships, and operational support for our high-tech manufacturing team. You’ll ensure the smooth flow of materials, maintain supplier reliability, and help deliver cutting-edge optical products on time and on budget. What You’ll Do Handle purchasing for production materials, lab supplies, and office needs Manage vendor relationships and lead bid/quote processes Monitor inventory levels and support order fulfillment Identify cost-saving opportunities and source alternative suppliers Assist with warehouse and reporting tasks as needed What You’ll Bring 2–5 years of supply chain or operations experience (photonics preferred) Associate degree in Business Administration or related field Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Navision/Dynamics a plus) Join a collaborative, innovation-driven team advancing the future of photonics.
