Pricing Analyst

This role sits in our Westlake, Ohio headquarters.

Successful candidates will be responsible to:

• Work within the ERP and CRM systems to maintain cost components and sell prices
• Work with suppliers and the commercial team to process price changes
• Analysis of margin impact on pricing decisions
• Manage the approval process for off-list pricing and supplier communication
• Review and manage rebate accruals, submissions, and analyses
• Completes and participates in daily and month-end accounting duties, as assigned
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related projects, as needed
• Champion efficiency and process improvement within the pricing function either by contributing ideas or leading meaningful change
• Monthly and as needed gross profit reviews, collaboration with commercial team to initiate and implement margin expansion measures
• Track and report on margin expansion through the various functions of pricing
• Review, edit, and approval/rejection of all customer quotations

Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with team-members in a professional manner. Detailed oriented and conscientious. Must possess good organizational skills and the ability to think strategically.

Required Qualifications: Associate degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field MS Excel and personal computer experience

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, data analytics, marketing, or a related field Experience in a fast-paced environment

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment: This job currently operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remote work environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Additional hours may be required as needed.

Travel: No travel is expected for this position.
