Come join our winning team today! About the Role: UPS Industrial Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Hiring Coordinator with Union experience. The Hiring Coordinator is responsible for for administrative duties in a high volume on-boarding setting to help the organization meet manpower requirements. Job Duties & Essential Functions: Make contact with all assigned manpower. Send online application and set up skills testing for all assigned manpower. Complete and maintain I-9 to stay in compliance. Schedule all UPSIS and Client requirements for assigned manpower including but not limited to background checks, drug screening, safety council, respiratory assessment, and physicals. Data Entry for all training certifications, test scores, etc. for each employee. Follow-up with field supervision regarding any onboarding issues. Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking System throughout staffing life cycle. Dispatch assigned craft personnel. Scan credentials into file of record. Assign and Complete Help Desk tickets. Maintain and build relationships with current employees, potential candidates and field supervision. On Call Duties (encompasses all hiring coordinator duties for after hours and weekends – rotating schedule every 4-6 weeks). Requirements Must be able to pass drug screen. Must be able to pass background check. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to accept instructions/delegation and perform in a fast paced, high pressure setting. Must be able to give instructions/delegation and follow-up to ensure work is performed as requested. Essential Functions Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with other employees. Must be willing to perform other duties as may be required by Operations Supervision, Field Supervision or Resources Supervision. Follow oral and written directions Qualifications and Experience This position requires 2-years of industry experience.
