The role combines financial analysis, legal and fund structuring knowledge, and transaction execution to optimize deal economics and investor outcomes. Analysts collaborate closely with investment professionals, legal teams, and fund managers to assess transaction feasibility, draft deal documentation, and monitor performance of structured investments.
