CARES Assessor: Senior Care Placement & Assessment Specialist

The State of Florida is hiring a CARES ASSESSOR in West Palm Beach to coordinate comprehensive assessments for nursing facility placements. This role requires a bachelor's degree in community and social services and four or more years of professional experience. The successful candidate will maintain accurate client information, participate in interdisciplinary teams for decisions, and must hold a valid Florida driver’s license.
